1. Our Position on Hosted Content

IGReelsDL is a download-facilitation tool, not a content host. We do not store, upload, publish, or distribute Instagram content on our own servers — each request fetches the file directly from Instagram at the moment you ask for it. Because nothing is hosted or cached here, there is generally nothing on igreelsdl.co itself for a takedown notice to target — but if you believe IGReelsDL's tool is nonetheless being used to facilitate infringement of your work, the process below still applies.

2. How to File a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and believe your work has been infringed in a way connected to this service, send a notice via our Contact page. To help us process it quickly, please include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (a direct link, where possible).
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We aim to review valid notices within 48–72 hours.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was identified for removal as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification via the same Contact page, including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or an appropriate jurisdiction if outside the US).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

IGReelsDL maintains a policy of taking appropriate action against users who are determined to be repeat infringers, up to and including restricting access to the tool.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Continued use of IGReelsDL after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
